iLife Shipping Policy
Within Australia
iLife uses Australia Post as our main shipping carrier. We use the eParcel system, which means every parcel is barcoded and tracked, and requires a signature on delivery.
If Australia Post notifies us as customer has signed for an item, we are unfortunately not able to resend the item if it is lost. However if the parcel has not been signed for, and has not been delivered within a reasonable amount of time, in most cases we will re-ship the item free of charge.
You can check the status of your shipment via the eParcel Online Tracking website, at www.eparcel.com.au using your consignment number found in your iLife Studio Order Update email.
In some rare cases where the eParcel system is not working correctly, or for unusal sized parcels, we may opt to use other methods of delivery, such as regular Parcel Post or courier.
Outside Australia
iLife uses Australia Post International as our International shipping carrier.
If the item is not received within a reasonable amount of time, we will re-ship the parcel at our discrection.
iLife Returns Policy
Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase in perfect condition and we will fully refund the purchase cost less shipping.
